Ulzzang Transformation

I'm Asian and like many (Asian) girls I like Korean culture and especially the beauty ideal of Korea very much!

I wrote this guide to share with you, but also in an attempt to create a community where everyone can help each other out
This is site is full of thoughtful personal tips, tricks and advise that I hope will help you to look like a Korean/ ulzzang.
With that said everything here is far away from a scientific work so please judge for yourself!

I hope you find some of the things helpful!

Was too lazy to revise or check my writing in the end, so if you see some terribly embarassing spelling mistakes, yeah.. I really am that stupid!

I want to revamp the whole layout, add 2 posts about putting together an outfit and 'trends and staples', but not this lyfe man!

THE BEGINNING

This is a guide for looking like an Ulzzang!

I have collected advise and tips from various youtube channels, figured one or two things out myself and am quite observant of Korean beauty trends, so I thought I put all I know into a guide which might aid you in your Ulzzang transformation.

So, enjoy this guide, but please note that I'm not a beautician, or anything and everything on this site is just personal experience. This means that you have to treat with caution.


Also, I'm sorry to point out that, this guide is firstly aimed at Asian girls (with not the darkest complexion).
People of other races, just can't look like Asian. This is a fact and it is also true for the other way round.
We Asians can never look like white people for example.

But, I also need to say that, if you're white, be happy, because everything Koreans or Japanese are doing is to look like you.!
We want to have your high, small noses, you small faces, your big colorful eyes and your thick lashes, but we fucking can't without cheating ㅠㅠ


Before we start, here's a list of things you need in order to fullfil your transformation:
  • A Paypal account (unless you live in some certain Asian countries): I think this is a quite curcial point, because you will have to buy Japanese/ Korean cosmetics and other important stuff
  • An Ebay account: many many many Asian things to buy here! Must buy!
  • Patience and leisure: as most things in life, this transformation, too, will take it's time. And also nothing will happen on it's own. You will need to be a little bit persistent about it
  • Self-confidence: In the course of this guide, you will learn a lot about the beauty ideals of Koreans. But remember those are ideals and unless you are perfect (which you aren't, because nobody is) you can't look exactly like this ideal. So learn to appreciate your own beauty, but also how to enhance it!
  • This is the most imporant point: If you're frustrated, because you think you can't reach your goal. You see that this Ulzzang or that Korean idol is soo pretty, has high, sharp nose, V-line, whatever then REMEMBER:
    they all had plastic surgery and a professional photoshopper!


So yeah, that's it.

And lastly you will learn how to adapt your lifestyle.
(In the end you will feel brainwashed LOL)
